Under current transport Canada regulations any slip tank falling under the CGSB 43.146 regulation requires recertification testing every 60 months (5 years) at a registered testing facility. Due to client requests we can now provide this service for their slip tanks. The slip tank test is a non destructive air test conducted at our Edmonton facility and can be done at a flat rate of $200.00 per tank plus tax. Bring your slip tank to us empty and with a cleaned exterior and as long as there are no defects, that is all you pay. Extra fees will be added if we are responsible for cleaning and emptying of the slip tank. We will provide you with a report for your files, mark the slip tank for in field inspectors to be able to verify the tank is in fact current and also keep the documentation on file at our office in the event of a dispute we can help.

Our temporary fuel storage tanks are fully equipped with pumps, meters, filters, low temperature hoses, and automatic shut off nozzles. We have recently added high speed pumping equipment and have those set-ups available on our larger capacity tanks. Our double wall tanks comply with ULC regulations for fuel storage in Canada. We also carry a line of 3000 L double wall transport Canada approved tanks that can be legally transported on public roads full of fuel. All of our fuel tank rentals are mounted on a heavy duty I-beam skid, complete with 5 ½” corner bollards for crash protection, and come with nozzle drip containment.
